Rare Earths and the Industry
While the price of oil is creating issues for the US, the coming storm maybe more in rare earths minerals than oil. Lanthanum is used in catalysts for breaking down petroleum into gasoline and other products in a process called fluid catalytic cracking, the largest application for rare earths. Bloggers and How They Can Crater a Company
It is interesting how small or micro cap stocks can be under attack by bloggers who post false stories, make outrageous accusations or claims and never are liable or accountable for their actions. NAPE, as always, was held in Houston in mid-February and over 15,000 people attended. What was different this year was the appearance of a number of investors who really stood out.
