Prospects

Pegasus Project

The project targets three seismically defined Niobrara and J sand prospects. Additionally the project includes six subsurface defined prospects and one development well in northern Lincoln and southern Washington counties, Colorado. Drilling depths are less than 5,200 feet and the expected reserves from the Niobrara are estimated at 150 to 300 MMCFG per well and 50 to 250 MBO per well from the J prospect. Drilling is planned to begin in April and May 2011. The project covers 18,400 acres. RFPI is looking for a 30% partner. For more information please contact:

Southern Denver Basin Pennsylvanian Development and Exploration Program

RFPI is preparing to drill multiple development wells at the Manassas and Bolero Fields. In addition, RFPI is also preparing to initiate drilling a one field wildcat development well at the Bolero Field and two rank wildcat development wells in Lincoln County, Colorado. Each well will target the Mississippian, Morrow, Cherokee A and C, Kansas City, Atoka, and Cherokee shale formations. The anticipated reserves are 50 to 250 MBO per well. A minimum of four wells will have short laterals with drill depths of 7,500 to 9,000 feet. The project spans approximately 13,560 acres. The Company is actively seeking a 30% partner. For more information please contact

Bourbon Arch Project

The Bourbon Arch Project comprises a large acreage block located in Bourbon and Linn Counties, Kansas and Vernon and Bates Counties in Missouri. RFPI is using water and steam flooding and has successfully established oil production from several shallow Bartlesville and Weir sandstone reservoirs. The Company has reserve reports indicating a potential for 6 MMBO proven and 40+ MMBO of potential recoverable. In addition, RFPI is completing numerous coal and shale gas reservoirs with a potential recoverable of 100 to 200 MMCFG per well. RFPI owns the only pipeline in the area and is expanding it to provide gas to third parties for their steam floods. The pipeline depths are less than a 1,000 feet. RFPI is actively seeking a 25% partner. The project encompasses in excess of 40,000 acres. For more information please contact:

Big Sky Project

The Big Sky Project focuses on the Greybull sandstone and the Niobrara and Mowry shales located in the Northern Big Horn Basin of Montana. The Greybull is part of a channel sandstone system that runs through the project area and, based on existing wells and current seismic data, covers at least 5,000 acres with a potential of being a 10M+ VOE field. RFPI is proposing to complete a 15 square mile 3D survey and then drill at least one test well in the summer of 2011. If the Greybull is not viable, the Company plans to kick out the well in the Niobrara. RFPI expects the Niobrara and Mowry to be oil productive. The Company has 18,000 plus acres under lease. RFPI is seeking a 30% partner. For more information please contact:
